The main reason we need to be able to communicate with others in the moment is that I’m not really a person who likes to talk and talk and talk to them. I like to talk to my friends, I enjoy gossiping, I like to talk to family and friends, I like to think about my friends and family, I like talking about what I’m thinking about, I like to think about how I’m feeling and feel about my relationship.
